Shipping policy

Every delivery begins with a clear specification. FASSA Philosophy typically requires 1–3 months for production, depending on order quantity and the complexity of the design and workmanship. Production begins when final specifications and drawings have been approved and the agreed advance payment has been received; the production start will be recorded in the order.

Following dispatch from China, transport to North America is estimated at 30–60 calendar days, including customs clearance and related transport stages. This estimate is separate from the 1–3 month production period and is not a guaranteed arrival date. The quotation or order will specify the transport method, delivery destination and final delivery services.

Your written quotation will distinguish production, planned dispatch, transport and expected final delivery arrangements. Larger quantities, complex workmanship, client revisions, material availability and holidays can affect production. Routes, congestion, inspections, weather and carrier schedules can affect transit. We will communicate material delays, revised estimates and the options available under the order terms and applicable law.

The estimated timeframe includes time for customs clearance. Whether freight, packaging, cargo insurance, duties, import taxes, customs service fees, unloading, stairs, room placement, assembly and packaging removal are included in the price is specified in the quotation confirmed before payment. North American transport does not mean identical service is available to every destination. Please provide the country, city, postal code, access conditions and required service when enquiring.

If inaccurate client-supplied dimensions or access information prevent normal delivery, further handling, storage or redelivery may be required. Any reasonable additional charges must be explained and supported. Problems caused by our incorrect specification or service arrangements will be handled according to our responsibility.
