Delivery is considered alongside the furniture itself: its proportions, destination and the way it enters your space.
Production, made clear
Production typically takes 1–3 months, depending on the quantity and complexity of the order. The schedule begins once final specifications and drawings are approved and the agreed advance payment has been received. Your order document records the production start and expected timing.
From China to North America
Following dispatch from China, transport to North America is estimated at 30–60 calendar days, including customs clearance and related transport stages. This period is separate from production. The quotation identifies the delivery destination and final delivery services; estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.
A quotation with a defined scope
Before payment, we confirm freight, packaging, insurance, duties, taxes, customs service fees and any unloading, room placement or assembly included in your quotation. Customs clearance time being included in the estimate does not mean that all taxes and service fees are included in the price.
Planning access
Please share the destination country, city and postal code, your intended timing, and relevant access details, including stairs, lift dimensions and doorways for larger pieces. If the schedule changes materially, we will explain the revised estimate and available options.
Changes, returns and after-sales care
Cancellation depends on the stage of production and any approved commitments. Eligible standard, non-custom items may be submitted for a personal-reason return within 14 calendar days of delivery. Custom pieces retain protection for defects and material differences from agreed specifications. The full policy explains conditions, costs and refund timing.
